In Summary:

Fishing Report:
The winds were a slight problem Sunday, but there were something other than Puppy Drum reported. Nice to hear of a few Black Drum and Sea Mullet were caught from the south beaches.
Also one of the charters from Hatteras manages to add some Blackfin and Yellowfin to their boxes.

The winds are E at 5 and the water temp is 44 degrees. Showers, warm day, small swells, light winds.

In Summary:

Fishing Report:
The sun is shining, no rain in site for today. It’s a good day on the Outer Banks.
Despite the gusting winds yesterday anglers fished the south beaches and caught Puppy Drum in the Frisco and Hatteras area.
Rick Knight from KDH feeling sorry about my not having any pictures for the fishing report sent a picture of a  beautiful Crevalle Jack. Rick was fishing the Mangroves in South West Fla.

The winds are N at 8 and the water temp is 44 degrees. Overcast cold day, rough Ocean, windy.

In Summary:

Fishing Report:
It was a nice day. Extremely warm for February. Drum were reported from Frisco to Hatteras.
Don’t forget there is lots of new merchandise coming in everyday. Stop in the store and check it out.

Fishing Report:
It is the middle of February and I finally gave up and turned on the air for sleeping. We have another day with spring like temperatures.
There were some slot Drum caught from Frisco to Hatteras yesterday.

The winds are SW at 18 and the water temp is 43 degrees. Sunny, small clean swells, windy.

In Summary:

Fishing Report:
It turned into a nice day Wednesday. There is no fish to report. Of course that has a lot to do with the lack of fishermen this time of the year. We have another warm day. A nice day to visit the beach.
Jennette’s Pier decked Dogfish.
The Bluefin Tuna are here. Commercial fishermen are catching Yellowfin.
The winds are SW at 12 and the water temp is 42 degrees. Sunny, high 60’s, calm Ocean.

Fishing Report:
Happy Valentine’s Day. I’ m hopeful for lots of chocolate.
There is not any surf fishing news. Some Yellowfin and Bluefin reported but I have no concrete news about that. February has always been a slow month but it will come to an end.

Fishing Report:
Blinding rain, heavy fog did not make my trip to Norfolk a pleasant one yesterday and the fact the temp dropped from 60 to 45 degrees in route. There was no fishing news from yesterday but Drum were caught at the point Sunday. It has been a slow month to say the least.
The winds are NE at 19 and the water temp is 42 degrees. Cloudy/sunny, PM showers, chilly day, rough Ocean, windy.

In Summary:

Fishing Report:
There was rain most of the day Saturday and expected today and tomorrow also. It is warm so should not be a problem fishing.
There were keeper Drum reported at the point. Jesse Como caught a Puppy from the Ocracoke beaches.
Yesterday was the last Youth waterfowl hunting day. Harry Morgan bagged a couple of Mallards.

The winds are S at 13 and the water temp is 41 degrees. Rain, highs 69 degrees, choppy Ocean, windy.

Fishing Report:
Anglers are still catching Puppy Drum from the Frisco beaches.
Off Shore fleet caught Yellowfin.
Crappie fishing is good. The Kitty Hawk store just got in a bunch of minnows.

The winds are S at 7 and the water temp is 41 degrees. Sunny, warm day, small swells, light winds.
