Surf Fishing Report:
Yesterday was somewhat of a rod bending day. Puppy Drum were all up and Down our beaches. Most of the Drum are small but they still give you a nice tug. Catharine Anderson fishing just south of the OBX Pier with her new rod and reel from TW’s caught 8 in a short time. Puppy Drum are bottom feeders and will take most anything you want to throw at them. Don’t over think it. They can be in the wash right at your feet. It was also a fair Trout day and Sea Mullet and Bluefish were also reported.
